I’m Phoebe Lay, the founder of Thrive and Shine Coaching, Matcha Sisters and more recently, Thrive and Shine Co. I know how hard it is when you first start out on social media to market yourself and make sales.

I remember when I started my first online store, Matcha Sisters. I had very limited budget and I was trying to get a brand out there to raise awareness and to stop human trafficking. With little knowledge of what it takes to successfully launch a business online, I went through all the motions in order to get to where I am now.
